Build an XR experience that makes use of capabilities like passthrough, hand tracking, interactions, multi-user etc. and aligns with one of the tracks!
Submissions must meet the following requirements:
1 Participant from each team will submit the project making sure to tag all other team members as collaborators.
A team may submit more than one project. But we’d highly recommended to submit just one.
Participants must include a build or link to WebXR that runs on any of the devices ( HTC, AVP, Meta Quest, Pico, Mobile, etc.)
However, if you choose to develop for Meta's tracks, then you have to include an APK of the experience for Meta Quest+ headsets.
We'll set up a shared drive with folders named after your respective teams. Please upload your build & trailer to your team's folder on this drive. Include a link to your upload in a text file, and submit that text file in the project submission Tally form.
Please add a link and room code to your ShapesXR prototype room if applicable.
A text description (1000 words max.) that explains the features and functionality of your project.
A trailer video (1 minute max.) of your project showing the experience.
Copyrighted assets can only be used if the participant has the right to use them.
Submissions must be original creations owned solely by the participants and must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any other individual or entity.
Projects must be developed during the hackathon. Using an existing project will lead to disqualification, except in the “Existing Hackathon Project” Track where you can continue a project that was created in a previous hackathon.
